Refund and Returns Policy

1. The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every purchase is covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: tell us within 30 days of your purchase date — Request a Refund in the site footer, +1 888-795-1117 or [email protected] — and we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days, whether or not you have completed your VIP Remote Setup Session. One payment. Nothing renews.

The guarantee covers every product sold on vshieldsoft.com in all four families — Device Protection, Privacy & Identity, Performance & Care and Home & Family. It also applies, on the same terms, to any product we no longer sell.

2. Your VIP Remote Setup Session

Every plan includes at least one VIP Remote Setup Session, 45–120 minutes depending on the product, in which a technician installs and configures your software or settings with you. If something is not working, we would like the chance to help — call +1 888-795-1117 (Mon–Fri 11am–8pm EST) — but you do not have to complete a session, or let us troubleshoot, before asking for a refund.

3. One payment, nothing renews

Every product is a single one-time payment. Nothing renews and there are no subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel. Each product page states its term (12 or 24 months) under “Term end” and exactly what ends with it — that differs by product, so the product page governs. When the term ends your licence simply ends: nothing renews, nothing is charged automatically and there is no card on file to charge. If you want to carry on, you buy the product again at the price shown at that time. A refund applies to that one-time payment.

4. How to request a refund

Within 30 days of your purchase date, use any of these routes:

1. Request a Refund in the site footer — a short form that asks for your name, email, phone, order number, product and reason, emails you a one-time code first and includes a reCAPTCHA checkbox;
2. call +1 888-795-1117 (Mon–Fri 11am–8pm EST);
3. email [email protected].

Please include your order number and the email address you used at checkout. We reply during support hours.

If you are thinking of disputing a charge with your card issuer, we ask that you contact us first — a refund request through any route above is usually the fastest way to receive your refund.

5. How refunds are processed

Refunds are paid to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Where a product includes software, its licence key is deactivated when the refund is issued and your licence to use that software ends, so please uninstall it. Any sessions, support or reports included in that purchase and not yet used end at the same time — a refund unwinds the whole purchase, not part of it.

6. Situations not covered

• Requests made more than 30 days after the purchase date.
