Your Purchase Includes: A 45–90 minute session where a certified expert connects to your PC to manually scan, clean, and optimize your system for you. This service is designed to resolve sluggishness, remove threats, and ensure your software is working perfectly.

If you are experiencing technical difficulties, please allow our team to perform this service. If our experts cannot resolve the issue or secure your system to your satisfaction, we will happily process your refund.

3. One-Time Purchase Policy (No Subscriptions)

We prioritize transparency in our billing. Please be aware of the following regarding “cancellations”:

  • No Recurring Fees: All VShieldsoft products are one-time purchases. We do not charge monthly subscriptions or automatic renewal fees.
  • Lifetime Access: Once you purchase a license (e.g., VPN or Antivirus), you own it for the lifespan of that license term without fear of hidden monthly bills.

Therefore, there is no need to “cancel” a subscription to stop future billing, as no future billing exists. If you are requesting a refund, it applies to the initial one-time fee only.

  • License Deactivation: Upon processing a refund, your software license key will be immediately deactivated, and the software will revert to trial or free mode (where applicable) or cease functioning.

6. Non-Refundable Situations
