Backup & Recovery Plan sets up automatic backups on up to 3 computers, proves they work with a live restore, and gives you a written recovery plan — followed by 24 months of care. In a 90-minute VIP Remote Setup Session a VShieldSoft technician configures the backup tools built into your computers, or a drive or cloud storage you own or choose, and at month 6 returns for a 30-minute restore drill. Storage and subscriptions are not included. One payment. Nothing renews.

Remote access only during scheduled sessions and only with your consent; if we run out of time we schedule a free continuation call.
