How delivery works

Your order confirmation email arrives at checkout; your licence key(s), download links and a booking link follow by email, typically within 1 hour and no later than 24 hours. Your 60-minute session is scheduled within 2 business days; the month-6 re-tune is booked with you at the end of it. Remote access only during scheduled sessions and only with your consent; if we run out of time we schedule a free continuation call.
