Guidance only, clearly labelled as AI; it hands off to a technician whenever a question needs a person and never acts on its own.

How delivery works

Your order confirmation email arrives at checkout; your booking link and a short questionnaire follow by email, typically within 1 hour and no later than 24 hours. Your 90-minute start session is scheduled within 2 business days; you book the four coaching sessions whenever suits you. Remote access only during scheduled sessions and only with your consent; if we run out of time we schedule a free continuation call.
